Tire and wheel sizes for 350z rims...

I just purchased a set of used 350z wheels (the 7 spoke 17s with the dimples) and was wondering the width on them. The rears are wider, looks like it might be 7.5'' front and 8'' rear. My 98 s14 is stock right now, no rolled fenders and not lowered yet. I will eventually put coilovers on it, but want to know which tire size i should get for now.

Im going to get Kumho SPTs, should I get 245 width rears? Remember , its stock height so wouldnt a lower profile tire look worse for now? Let me know what you recommend and if you have any pictures, thanks!

17x7.5 front +30 or something
17x8 rear +33 or something

helps to know the sizes of the wheels you're buying

215/45/17 front and 225/45/17 rear will be pretty square
go wider or narrower at your own (poor) discretion.

they should have the sizes displayed inside the back of the rim.

my z33 wheels have the sizes on them...

anyways option zero is right.

17x7.5+30 F
17x8+33 R

i have 225/45/17 on my fronts and plan on 235/40/17 for my rears.
When i kill my fronts i'm probably going to replace it with 215/40/17.

I think the stock sizes are 225/50-55/17 or something like that...

I have those wheels on my s13 for beater wheels and I'm running 205.40.17 front and 235.40.17 rears. I should have went with a 245.40 rear though. I had to run a small ass tire up front cause my car is slammed. I tried 215.45.17 first in the front and I couldn't even turn enough to back out of the shop.

Ok maybe I should run a 215/45 front, and a 245/45 rear? Think that would look ok, stock height?

245/45 is a pretty tall rear, but whatever - I'd let that be decided by what size tires I could get for cheap.
