State Ref ticket help!!!
So i just got off work and im tired. Im only a few blocks away from my house and this CHP flips a 180 and pulls me over. Ask me to pop my hood and asked if only the exhast has been mod. I reply "yes". Gives me a state ref ticket. Ticket says "27151VC" what i want to know is, are they going to see if i put the stock exhast and thats it or will i get smogged too? the ticket only says modified exhast the cop didnt even check if i had a cat or not
Thanks |

I will be put back on before state ref appointment, question now is will they ask for the car to get smogged or not. Some ppl tell me i will be smogged others say i won't. my car runs rich due to 255 fuel pump, Z32 TT fuel filter, and its an S14 Ka on my S13, so it doesn't have that vaccum box that connects to the exhast manifold like the S13 Ka. Also i bi-passed some of the vaccum lines from the EGR also.

had the same ticket couple years ago, it didn't require for me to smog the vehicle but i had to take it to a ref station for the decibel testing that i have to pass.

Yeah, i took my car to state ref about a week ago got the decible test. The guys there were really cool. one of them was working on his S13 so i ended up chilling there for a while talking about cars and recent events.
