Broken Stance Adj. Knob check pic

I have some stance coilover's with a broken knob just looking for a easy fix.

So anyways I got some new clicker's sent from stance and started to take out the old one today took some surgical tweezer looking thing's and pulled out the hex. rod just fine that was stuck in the body of the coilover and started to install the new clicker...and snap guess what I now have to retrieve another one...and three hours later no luck I've tried everything and Can not get that little piece out of the body any suggestions?

Mine lasted 6mo before I snapped one, they shipped out replacements, free but, it clicked once then snapped. They also offered a set of replacement coilovers cheap, which I should have taken.

Weird looks
Like its happened to a few people. Do some
Research see if you find
More people this happened to.
In my opinion when a product has a quality issue like this one they should cover all repair fees and shipping and if that doesnt work should replace the item for free

I never had these problems with Megan for over 5 years... No corrosion ever.... Weird how it happens EVEN if you spray water it shouldn't happen....

Are the knobs on the bottom of the coils?

What can we use to cover the bottom of the coils to prevent dirt/water/salt from getting into the threads?
