what kind of headlights do you have?
was your car in a bad front end collision that may have bent the front so its facing down?

just take this as an excuse to upgrade to H.I.D lighting

If you have your manual it will tell you how to aim your headlights. But Tnord is right there should be a prong with a hexagonal end cap(kinda) and then use then levels on top.

I have my lights aimed slightly up cause I had the same problem you have. But guess what it still doesnt let me see shit at night until I turn on the brights.
