What are your stock air fuel levels?
Trying to find out what the stock sr20det's afr's stand by, my completely stock sr20det blacktop swap with 255 pump, fmic and just full exhaust idles at 17.0-18.0 constantly, cruising around i get 13.5-14.5 and at full throttle it kreeps to 10.0 at i would say about 5,500 or 6000 rpm wich is way to rich (most likely richer as my wideband reads up to 10 only)

It idles at 17-18 and idles 100%perfect and picks up perfect, i think maybe my o2 is maybe too far for the sr20's little idle exhaust flow, its at the end of my down pipe, right infront of the test pipe , basically all the way at the end of the downpipe.

the end of the downpipe is the correct location for turbo applications.
you shouldnt be turning down the fuel pressure, thats just the way the stock computer is programmed, rich for safety |

My cruis is 13.2-14.0 and wot is under the 10s and my idle is lean.... Stock fuel pressure should be 43 without vaccumm on a stock pump if you put a big 255 pump your fuel pressure will raise and so will your afr.. (i tested this on my old ka-t swap the idle afr changed as i adjusted fuel pressure) so i honestly dont think the ecu will compensate and know that there is more fuel

Are you guys comfortably ripping on your cars at an afr of 10.0 to 10.6? My car dips that low under wot and it freaks me out. My oil smelled of fuel and I just got scared so now I won't even rip on it. Compression is great I'm just don't want the fuel to break down the oil and blow my shit up. I changed my oil but I still don't want to rip on it.
What do you guys think? I'm just gonna get a retune when I have the money but should I not be so scared? |

my wideband is right before my test pipe as well. what angle is it at? if its below 3 or 9 oclock condensation could be fucking up your readings. 18 afr at idle? it should be struggling to stay alive. i made my mistakes on nistune with my ka and it would barely stay alive if it got that lean at idle

My sr20 idled at 16:1-and maxing out the gauge and it ended up being a vacuum leak. It was barely running. When I bottomed out my sensor hit what ever i bottomed out and was damaged, its reading were really lean and it never read past 14:1. Maybe you have a damaged senor.I use aem ugeo.
