Wet Carbon foul on one plug...

My S15 was stripped down and machined a while ago. Put it all back together and am getting things sorted out. So far it's going ok. It run's and ran decent (until I sprung a boost leak).

I was just swapping out my spark plugs and the front three are covered in dry carbon (no surprise as the car was running very rich before and after the build until it was tuned right) but the rear plug as wet carbon fouling on it...

Unless I don't get it, that means that it's fuel AND oil on it.. right? wtf? Does that mean it's my head gasket? I've done a leak down and everything seems normal, but there is some leak as the seals have yet to seat properly.

Event #1 is in a few weeks for this car so I'd like to get it sorted out asap. Any help??

Thanks
