dupping alot of fuel sti yellow injectors

Ok so I got an 18g Turbo. Z32. Maf and sti yellow injectors which everybody says they're. 550cc but comes to find out their 520cc. (i just found that out after the install).Ok so I installed z32 injectors and the Rom tune ecu set for 550cc and z32.
When I crank it. Its run really rich. No I don't have a wideband. But its idles roughly. Revs fast. But its blows alot of black smoke.... (rich right?) . Ok so. My question. I know of need tune. But don't it seem very off.. is it because my wanna be 550cc are really 520cc? Since the ecu is set at 550cc. But wouldn't it run lean since it think its running 550cc but only putting 520cc? I e been on fourms bit I never heard of people having thus kind of problem. (or maybe im not search correctly)
My question to yall is what you think is the problem?
So you think if I get the ecu reruns for 520cc that it will fix it?
Or if I get some real 550cc that it will fix it.?
Or you think something is wrong with my injectors? Or
You think I should get a piggyback and just tune it.? Lmk something asap.

it seem like im answering my own question with the retune thing but i want to confirm it.

Is this only when it's cold? How does it idle at operating temp? You can switch your ecu to diagnostic mode where it flashed the o2 sensor reading conditions through your CEL. Light on = rich, light off = lean. Since its still narrow band, you want to be looking for a consistent fluctuation. The light should flash about 3 times every 5 seconds when running in closed loop. That'll give you a better idea as to the running conditions and when it's happening.

Get the injectors flow tested.

Pull off fuel rail and prime car to insure o-rings are sealing.

Check MAFS voltage at idle.

Get a real tune, not a mail order deal.

obviously problem with the tune. Your ECU has no idea how to handle your setup.

1) get wideband 02
2) get standalone, even if its a cheaper one
3) go to dyno, let a tuner get the most out of the setup for you

could potentially be a huge boost leak. When I first got my car and knew little about turbos I had hit my intercooler and poked a big hole in the end tank, and she blew black smoke, idled really rough, was dumping a tonnnnn of fuel in. might be worth checking, but you'll still need a tune and what not, obviously.
