How to clean the IACV on a '95 240sx?

So I've come to the realization that I'm taking piss poor care of a good car (regardless of the paint coming off on the roof). I've now endevoured to take much better care of my car, and that requires me to learn how to replace minor parts & maintain her !


So my question is, as the title says, how do I go about cleaning the IACV on the Nissan 240sx 1995? I can't seem to figure out where it is :x!

Also, can it be gotten to without taking a lot of other stuff apart, or is it fairly simple to get to? I don't want to make my horrible idle problem (that is steadily getting to the point of being undrivable) any worse by adding insult to injury .

I cannot afford to be ripped off again with a $450 repair bill for something that costs ~$170 to replace. Not to mention the downtime waiting for them to get to it >_>.
