Hey Zilvia! Just what the title says whats your experience with these guys on getting tires?

I love there selection and pricing, but CHRIST does there customer service SUCK BALLS.... first time i ever ordered from them I wanted federals waited for a week nothing at my door i shoot them an email about where my tires are, like have they even been shipped? Three days later i get a simple one sentence reply "the tires you ordered are out of stock" i was like WTF ive been waiting for over a week for some tires and thats all you say!!!! well i shoot them another email for more detail about what will they be doing cause i need tires NOW! (already fed up!) they reply and tell me if i would be interested in some other tires that are similar to the ones i wanted, i said no way i want my money back! Later that same day i got the reply, i have UPS drop off some tires, i saw the UPS truck through my window my mouth opened and i said that better not be the tires that they were trying to offer surely enough they were i was PISSED! Since they were there at my door i just said F it ill use them idc anymore. I have a few friends here in Tucson Az have problems with them too over a period of time we all learned that your WWWWAAAAAYYYYYY better off calling them and double checking that they have what you want in stock and ordering over the phone THAT ALWAYS WORKS FOR US!!!!! some of you are prob gonna wonder... "if your experience with them was so bad why continue to deal with them" well there prices are badass and even though i had that shitty time with them the first go around all the other times after has been very pleasant sooo meh....

Anyways what nightmares have you guys come across dealing with them? lol

I guess I was lucky or something because I had a good experience with them. Ordered a set of federals, and they were at my door about 4days later.

That is onlinetires for you.... They are known for that shit... They will not let you know if the tires are out of stock, you have to call them and double check.. I don't even fuck with them any more.. I just get the price on the site and take it to discount tire and they price match them. I then get tires the next day... easy ..

OP, if they are known for giving you and your friends the run around then DON'T give them the business. It's simple, sure their prices are amazing, but it should come with terrible customer service as a part of the whole transaction.
