s13 s13 possible BHG?

ive been overheating like crazy going like 3miles from my house.

at idle stays in the middle, once i start driving it gets HOT!

i replaced radiator, water pump, and thermostat. hoses dont seem to be clogged.

when i turn my car off and go do something and come back to start it, it bogs until i rev it up for a couple seconds then sounds normal?

any help would be appreciated.

Check for smoke, oil in the coolant, or coolant in your oil.
Did you pressure test your cooling system and radiator cap?

also it started blowing white smoke, which i know is a major sign of a blown HG, but then it died down and lightly blows white smoke.

check your oil is it milky white??
if it is your coolant and oil are mixing
could be a bad hg or a crack on block

try doing a conpresion test also.

make sure clutch fan is working properly.

have you replaced thermostat?

do you see the leaking from outside the mani or coming from within?

what about your oil?it will be a major indication by its color.

also if its a head gasket you will see constant white smoke from your exhaust because the water is heat up vaporized and shot out the exhaust as white smoke.
