SR SR20DET coolant capacity

How much coolant does the sr20det hold w/ OEM radiator? I'm planning on changing the water pump out tomorrow and dont want to be short of coolant.
Also, what does coolant w/ oil in it look like? Does it separate out like oil and water?

Thanks Folks
