Anyone else have mild insomnia?
No, it's not all in my head.
I realized that my general health could benefit from better sleeping habits so I decided to try to get to bed earlier every night. I honestly try to sleep, but I end up lying there for hours. Even when I am exhausted, I can't seem to fall asleep till at least 3AM on most nights. Anyone else have this problem?
