s14 jdm gauge cluster

I have 96 240sx, it was originally a base model car but the previous owner upgraded it to an se, The usdm gauge cluster has never worked right due to him placing those cheap white overlays over them, I removed them and they still dont work right, so I purchased a jdm gauge cluster 180kph. My question is how do I get it to work, the jdm cluster has 3 places for plugs, whereas the usdm gauge cluster has 4. what do I do, i am in the process of a s13 sr20det swap.

^Exactly. Kouki has three plugs, Zenki has four. Cut them from a parts car and rewire, and search on the same topic. I know I've explained this at least three times this year alone.
