Ok, before I got to Autozone to buy my calipers I would like to know the difference here is what I know so far(mostely hearsay and from threads):

Iron caliper is heavier than Alluminum(well of course), BUT how much of a difference is it?

Herd that the alluminum caliper can warp the rotors. THIS is something I would like to know the truth to cause I would hate to warp 150 dollar set of rotors and have to replace.

Well you can tell I do not know too much about this so I would REALLY appreciate you all's insight to help me decide on which to buy.

Also, tell me which you have bought and your brake pads. Recomendations are welocomed with great thanks.

heres a good link comparison
i have the iron calipers only cause oine came my way quite easily so i just bought another one.

the aluminum ones will warp only from extreme race use.

all rotors will warp over time and have a chance too. the iron are alot heavier i held both in my hand i would say the iron are about 5lbs + or - a lb or 2 compared to the aluminum somewhere @ 2 lbs +- these are only hand weight guesstimates.

i have oem nissan rotors and pads very satisfied with them i dont need no stinkin pos slotted or x drilled rotors no use for em. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''> my buck fifty and some change
