dont use denso.. unless you want to blow a good motor..
friend used densos on his S14 sr... not even full boosting an electrode broke into the #1 cylinder and yeah.. something so small blew the motor, scraped up the cylinder walls, dented the head where teh valves are and also bent a vlave. another friend had them in his EF civic with a d16.. He thought it was weird how one sprark plug wire was always popping off, he removed the spark plug to find out that the whole thing electrode and the white part were moving up and down, and if he didnt catch it it would have eventually broken off and blow the motor... ever since TWO people i know had problems with denos, never wanted to use them. NGK-R FTW

So which NGk's do you reccommend ? I have the denso iridiums in now but havnt started the motor yet, just got it swapped, and if possible I won't use them if they are bad as you guys say.

7 heat range gapped to 28 I believe. I had something like the brk7xxxxxxx but there is one out there that is pregapped to .28 i believe. the ones I had at first had to be gapped down to .28, but you dont want to gap iridiums, so try to find the one that is gapped right to begin with. I had a hell of a time trying to find them, but I think it was sparkplug.com.
found it. http://www.ngk.com/results_cross.asp...7EIX&x=47&y=13 they are gapped to .30 cheapest place to get them AFAIK.

I've been running denso iridiums for awhile and had no problems. I even pulled them out last week and checked them, nothing was loose and they were all still gapped pretty close to the original specs.

the link I showed you was for the exact ones that I use, like the guy above me, he bought the ones that part number ends in 11 which is the 45, he gapped his electrode way too much and now is running the risk of it failing IE breaking loose in the chamber and causing catastrophic engine failure, so if you want good Iridiums, (although many people swear by copper) I however noticed a HUGE in terms of "its just a spark plug what kind of difference can it make" difference, night and day engine performance difference. I got the .30 gapped ones and no need to regap them, heat range 7 for srturbo.

no kregan around here, so i donno, maybe, I know pepboys, autozone, murrays and all the other places I tried, looked at me like I was an iditot and didnt belong in their store, then proceeded to tell me their bosh +33 was so much better with 33 differnt electrode straps. so i said fuckit and got from sparkplug.com.
