s13 Heigt adjustment

This might seem like a amatuer question, but I just got some D2 coilovers(used) and i was wondering how to adjust the height, cause there are like 3 different places to use the wrench. Thanks alot.

you've gotta spin all three at the same time in reverse direction to one another while chanting "CAR GO UP' or "CAR GO DOWN", depending on what you want the car to do.
