RUCA problems WTF

My passenger RUCA is fully OUT and needs to be extended further to match the camber on the other side (it can't extend any further though because it's maxed out). The wheel has a lot of negative camber even though the RUCA is all the way positive.

The funny thing is that my driver-side RUCA is almost fully IN and the camber is perfect. My eccentric bolts are maxed on both sides so that's not the problem. WTF is going on?
