OK, after looking at the s14 FSM the pcv is located on the valve cover. I'm not sure but i think on the s13 this is just a breather unless I'm wrong.

I feel stupid for asking but is the pcv located here as well on the s13 redtop?

It screws in to the valve cover with a 17mm deep well socket or wrench. Get a PCV valve for a 91 Sentra SE-R.
