Oh hell yea! My 360 overheated and a little smoke came out. Three days before the warranty was about to be over with.

Still waiting on a replacement.

You know what they did right? They have you sign up for something free, then send out that email a couple months later, then sell the email list to a spam company.

According to a friend of mine that actually did get his drive:

32MB.
encrypted write protection.(don't bother trying to format it as it renders
the device useless)
Will require ghostscript+net.frame installed (in other words it will work
only on systems that have OEM XP installed).
High speed users are advised to disconnect routershubscables before
plugging it in (your data will be subjected to probing).
user who has a pirated copy on the system who uses it will be locked out
of the machine until you insert a valid key (you'd better backup and know
how to format ntfs)
This offer targets small business and corporations NOT individuals
therefore your order might not processed or will get low priority.
