I was thinking of ordering the f1 stage3 clutch kit w/fidanza flywheel on ebay but I don't know anything about this clutch. Has anyone here tested out this set up or have you heard anything good or bad about this f1 racing brand?

Damn, I just got a quote on the shipping and it's $129. Do you think this set-up is worth the $409+$129s&h?

no F1 racing clutches are junk. Spend the money and get something thats good unless its just temporary or something, but even then.

i've had 3

"junk" f1 racing clutches

in 3 different SR'd 240sx's on 14psi

Currently i have one in my hks gt2530 redtop sr and it works great, best clutch for the money, i've never had ANY issues with this clutch, its a 6 puck.

and its the same damn thing as a Spec stage 3..

On ONE i had a issue where the clutch would chatter but it went away over time.. oh yeah and don't use the TOB they give you.

and No its not worth it for $409, just get somethin else, or get only the clutch and use stock flywheel, lightened flywheels are overrated, believe me!

I ran a toda 9lb flywheel and i didnt notice one bit of difference other than a little loss of torque.

I think I bought a used one off of you. Sucked....straight up. Went back to my Exedy. Slipped from the start. It was only $100 shipped and used, so I didnt think anything of it. Must have been bad luck then.

really? when i had that one in it didnt slip, did u resurface ur flywheel? I seriously only had that one in for like 5k miles... I had ran into a exedy stage 2 or spec stage 5 (cant remmber) and had to replace my TOB, so i used the better of the two, you hsould have pmed me I could have gotten u a new PP or disc for free at the time...

well its what i'm using now, im running 13psi on a gt2530 no slipping
