Coolant capacity of Redtop with Koyo Radiator

I am going to order the evans cooling system and need to know how many gallons to order. I heared that stock system is just under 2 gallons just wondering how much extra the Koyo is. I cant use water so I dont want to be short. It will be a full change out since the motor is out of the car I will drain it completely on the engine stand. Also its an s14 radiator if that matters.
