What brand Spark Plugs do i use for my s14?

hey everyone, just had my s14 swappee, does anyone know what kind and /or brand of spark plugs do i use for the sr. is it the same at the ka motor? thanks.

remember, spark plug will NOT increase hp, it just get closer to the hp that u suppose to have.
