Need Help On DE swap - Zilvia.net Forums | Nissan 240SX (Silvia) and Z (Fairlady) Car Forum

Allright I know this is probably asked alot her but i coulnt find it anywhere so here it is, I have a 90 240sx and rings are gone and spun bearing, well i am thinking to just go with a DE since we are here and all, but what exactly do i need besides the ECU, Harness< Engine, PS lines, and thats all i really know of and that i dont need AC stuff b/c it will not be in car.ThankYou.

well if your dropping in a s13 ka24de you need the

complete motor
intake/ header wiring ecu

everything else you can use from your sohc.

thats pretty much it. If you are swapping in a s14 ka24de make sure you have the s13 intake manifold and exhaust manifold harness/ecu

The only wiring needed is wiring the dash plug by the ecu.
