Too much camber

I have a 1997 S14 and i have 10 inch wide rims on the back with 275's on them. My tires BARELY rub on hard turns or bumps, and this is only possible because i have Kazama RUCA's and i have the negative camber maxed out.

The issue is that it seems that with the camber maxed out so my tires clear the fenders, my rear toe is waaaaaaaaaaay off and my stock toe arm is maxed out on adjstement and it still has alot of toe in for the rear, and tghat is killing my tires.

Will aftermarket tow arms fix all my problems, or will i incounter a new issue after i get my toe issue fixed? Do those aftermarket toe arms allow for more than stock adjustment? Also, what are some opinions on which brands to get? Thanks in advance

With your camber maxed out, you aren't even using the whole tire anyway. So what's the point in having them? What kinda of fender modifications have you done. Show a picture of your set-up. It sounds like you just need to get to a reliable alignment shop and get it fixed right.

Your wheels don't fit. Perform the necessary modifications to make them fit.

Done. Lock this, Barry.

hmm

well thanks for the BS negativity, eventually i am gonna roll/pull my fenders, but not now, and i have had an alignment done about a week ago, and the toe cant be adjsuted anymore. Obviously you dont know of this problem, cause they do make aftermerket toe arms for a reason. Instead of typing out LOCK THIS THREAD CAUSE IM SO COOL AND DONT WANT TO HELP A FELLOW 240 OWNER, you could have given me the answer if you know it.

now, if someone wants to help answer my question that would be good, do the aftermarket toe arms offer more than stock toe adjustment?

Yes the aftermarket toe arms will usually offer more adjustment. I can't believe a good alignment let you out the door with maxed camber. You really should look into modifying the fenders soon to make the wheels and tires actually fit properly, or buy better wheels next time. Good luck with your problem. You still haven't answered my question. Why you are running wide wheels and wide tires if you are going to run them improperly? I'm just curious.

1. Because i bought the car with them on there

2. Cause they look pretty good

3. I am gonna pull the fenders, but not now, i need to get other thigns taken care of first

4. I want to fix the toe problem now, because even with pulled fenders i will still have some "toe in" in the rear, and if i dont fix the problem asap its gona kill the tires.

all perfectly good reasons

thanks for your help, now anyone actually bought or used certain brands before, any difference, or all the same?

I don't have Toe Arms for my S13, but the rest of the arms I have are SPL. Good quality, good service. www.splparts.com Thank you for answering my question. Good luck with your car.
