does anyone know the ecu type for manual 97-98 s14's?

ok lets try something else, would a J6 ECU be for a 97-98 s14?

i have a 98 MT ECU, its a
3R (A18-K21-GB7)

my 97 MT ECU came with a
J6 (A18-H63 GA3)

Besides the part number? No. In fact they've both been superceded by the same part Nissan number (2371M-81F79RE).
