What else do I need to bolt up a 3" catback???
Ok guys its time for me to get a new catback. But I still have the factory DP and cat. Will a 3" Catback bolt up to my factory cat. I can swing the extra cash for a test pipe and catback, but definately not for the 3" DP.

Only thing you may end up needing is the new gasket, but most catbacks come with new gaskets anyway.

And you might need to drill holes in the stock cat so that the big ass bolts that come with the cat-back will fit. I recommend getting a new cat along with the cat-back.
