Power Boost Controller adjustments

I bought a Hybrid Power Boost controller 2 months ago and incidentally it came with a japanese instruction manual. The installation is pretty straight forward with the help of a friend of a friend of mine who can read japanese a bit and sets it to 0.5 bar. The problem is this,now the person who sets the boost controller to 0.5bar is abroad and not available and i want to raise the boost higher.
He does told me earlier about how to increase the boost but it was 2 months ago and my memory is not good in memorizing things. All i remembered is that to adjust the boost i need to press the knob twice till the light blinks and i can turn up the boost accordingly by looking at the gauge. Then when i'm done i need to press it again to finish it off. But its all so blurry in my memory and i'm not sure wether i remembered it correctly or not.
Can someone help me how to adjust my boost please.....
