Looks like SKR Performance's S-13.  Just about the same color blue too.  Im not to sure about the wide body of it, but the front bump. and side skirts look very similar

That is a Yankee Silvia. There is a classification on people over here just like everywhere else. That is a VIP style Silvia and usually Yankee's drive them. There are exceptions though.
