SR20DET needed with ?'s

Hey I was gonna get the 93' 240sx with almost 200,000 miles on it and decided that if I do I would buy an SR20det with 5speed tranny but had questions about the swap. How much trouble is it and what are some pointers needed. Where should I get the engine and tranny? what is a decent price. would there be a problem with the whole s13,14,15 stuff??

You also have to do the SOHC to DOHC conversion. The easiest possible would be a 91-94 240sx with a S13 SR.

As far as pointers? Search, Read threads and sites that cover the swap.

A nice place to start is the FAQ that is stickied on the top of the tech section:
