s13 92' KA24DE in an 89' 240sx thatt has a bad KA24E?

Search isnt working for me, And Iwent through all the FAQ's.

My 92' 240sx got hit by an antelope, and the right side of the car is all fucked up. My car has no engine problems or transmission problems. There is an 89 240sx with a bad engine and transmission near me. I want to swap my tranny and engine into this 89. What do I have to do? What pieces need to be swapped along with it? If you can link me, thats cool too, but I have had problems finding my specific situation.

need to know stuff:

they are both 5 speeds
The 89's body is in decent condition
the 89 has a new starter and new struts,
something is wrong with the 89's brakes, so the guy says.
I am also going to have to swap interior pieces into the 89, it only has a drivers seat, center console, and dash.
I am not a novice, but I have never done anything like this before.

This car is going to be for my little sister who lives on the other side of country from me. She will soon be 16. So I need to get it done right the first time, and have no problems my Mom can't deal with.

If I am missing anything, dont be afraid to ask. And please no assholes, I already have one. The car is not going to be performance, unless I can get it cheaper than stock, if I need to replace anything.
