The housing seems a little skinny for a T28, but I could be wrong. What really bothers me is, the turbo itself is shiny. but everything else is rust-tastic. Also, the engine has brand new exhaust manifold gasket, and I mean BRAND NEW. The turbo didn't come with an actuator, so it's identity is unknown at this point. Can anyone recognize the turbo? I'm getting mixed answers ranging from stock T28 to mondo aftermarket:

Hmm.. Maybe you guys are right. looks like i need to go find a new actuator. as far as this motor being a zenki or a kouki, I'm not really too sure, but i was told zenki.

we'll find out when we take everything apart :P

hey avante i am selling a hks actuator for t28, off my s15 turbo. if you want it ill sell it for 85 shipped
