suspension/turbo questions
Couple questions
1) I have coilovers and I'm having time adjusting the camber plates, well really I can't loosen the bolts on the camber plate I've used a hammer with the hex driver tool that came with the coilovers and it just won't loosen. Do i have to take off the whole suspension just to adjust it? Give me some suggestions because one of my tires is closer to the fender and the other one is centered good. 2)Whats the worst that can happen to the engine if i let my turbo just wear out? I can clean my intake and IC piping because theres a little oil there. I'm asking because I'm not rich and I'm debating if i should replace turbo or get aftermarket wheels I'm so new =( |

1) Lube bolts with liquid wrench or something equivalent. Let it seat for a good while. CLEAN it up and try again. Careful not too strip bolts.
2) Don't modify a car until you fully understand how it's components work. Leave your car alone until to can afford to fix/fuck it up. |

My bro died and i have his car now, I've been reading about car stuff and I already found this forum. Some help but most flame. I did search and couldn't find an answer. I'm sorry for not taking turbo 101 and a person trying to get into cars. |

its best to keep your car as clean as possible. thats a good rule of thumb. dirt and grit will eventually wear out anything.
as for your turbo...if theres no/little shaftplay, and no oil leaks, youre good to go.

since you know the turbo is going out already why is there even a question between getting new wheels or a new turbo?
If the turbo does go out the car is not going to run very peachy but hey at least you will have new tires for it to sit on. what will probably happen is the turbo will go out and leave a massive amount of oil all over the place. your best bet would be to replace the turbo now. it may be inconvenient because you might not be able to afford the supporting mods to make any more power after you get a new turbo but at least you wont have to have the car sitting around. that is my opinion |

yeah now that you say that just change the turbo before something blows and really makes stuff go wrong.
