chance of cylinder head being warped

I need to change head gasket due to over heating issue. Both coolant and oil is mixing. However, my compression readings for all cylinders come out at around 185 psi. This probably means portion of head gasket around water pump is torn.

With this great compression reading, is there a chance that the head is warped and needs to be machined? If not, I want to use the same head and same studs.

Thanks a lot.
So you overheated your car a lot... I never raised coolant temperature above 97 degree celcius. I just figured that it was overheating as coolant temp went above 90 degree. So my chance of warping my head should be minimal, right?
