S14 coldpipe, what are the 3 connections for?

I assume this is where they go, but I just wanted to make sure. I need to make a bracket to hold my BOV and I wanted to get a head start before my motor gets here. Pardon my ignorance if this is a stupid ?

#1 BOV
#2 not sure?
#3 Vaccum line of sorts?

IF this is the cold pipe on the intake manifold side... 1 goes to the large diameter vaccum source comming from the inside loops of the intake manifold runners. 2 and 3 are just various vaccum sources. In my opinion I would plug/cut off reweld #2 and then use #3 for a blow off valve pressure source.

from this pic it looks like #1 goes to the BOV, #2 goes to the large vaccum source, and #3 is another vaccum line
