Few Suspension questions

I can't find answers to my specific questions but here it goes. Note: I'm still learning about cars, so please don't flame. Quick history, my bro passed away and I'm left with his car. I don't know much but I'm learning.

I just noticed my driver side wheel sticks out more than the passenger. How can i adjust it so they are even? I've torqued down my lug nuts, and checked control arms. They look good.

I'm running alot of caster, I'm wondering how can it, to be running 0 degree caster.

I know how to adjust camber on the front suspension (camber plates), but how do i adjust camber in the rear, they don't have camber plates.

My bro's car has following suspension mods
Tein coilovers, tension rods, and rucas

Thanks for your patience

about the wheels, I dont know.
Unless you know some voodoo suspension tuning trick, usually having caster is good. I run around 6 degrees, Formula cars usually run 2-4. You adjust the length of the rear upper control arms to adjust camber in the rear.
use the tension rods if you want to adjust caster.

if your rear upper control arms are OEM, there isn't much adjusting that can be made.

Yea, here this might help

I got this from phase 2, hope they dont mind.
You adjust it by loosening the lock nuts and threading it in to increase camber and out to decrease camber.

first off... RIP to your bro... now, are you talking bout an alignment issue with the tire sticking out such as toe? or the entire wheel sticking out like the front frame shifted of some sort?
