im converting my s13 into an s15, but im not buying the conversion kit, i dont need it. i was just wondering if i can use an s15 hood, as if it were straight off of a silvia, or does the hood have to be from a conversion kit? (so what i need to know is ---is there something a little different with the conversion kit hood, that would make it fit an s13 240, or is it the same exact hood that would be from an s15 silvia?) - im also aware that i would need different hinges regardless.

I'm pretty sure you buy the s15 hood... I've never heard of a conversion hood... but yeah the hinges are the only different part

yes, a S15 hood will work just fine.

I believe extreme dimensions sells the s15 conversion hoods to match up to the s13 chassi.
