Manual to Auto ECU problem

Ok, so I have a 95 OBD1 S14 5 spd. Swapped in a 95 OBD1 Automatic ECU to get rid of the Speed Limiter. Everything works fine, except for the fact that when I turn the car on, I have to blip the throttle once or twice or else the engine will stall. Anyone ever have this problem?

This is on a KA of course

On one s14 I went manual to auto ecu and there was/is no problem.

On the other one when I switched the manual ecu with an automatic one, I discovered the throttle needed to be blipped.

They both were origonal manual cars.

Live with it? Not sure what to say.

There no other way around it? I thought there was a particular wire you could cut.

try another ecu, also does it idle correctly at 700-800 rpm after you blip the throttle. or does it sputter around.

maybe something wrong with the ecu, or a short...try a different one, or maybe check the wiring harness
