I think you are not suppose to have an oil restrictor plate. Do a search, there are threads on it.

I have searched.. I must have a oil restrictor (if its not in the turbo by factory).
BB turbos will slowly die with so much oil

Yes it does have one and don't lose it cuz there not cheap phase2 sells them if you did lose it though.
