I'm so pissed, 2 guys fucked with my car...

Friday night, around 11:15pm I was driving home with my gf in passenger side. As we approach my street, I see cops a couple streets down from my block breaking up some huge house party that was happening. As I turn into my street, I see like 3 drunk guys walking behind some car. I pull up slowly, they turn around and start cursing and yelling obscenities at me and my gf. I was like WTF?!?!1

So I toss my car into neutral and park (well, cuz it's in front of my house), and these guys gather around my car and want to fight, so I'm like, fuck yeah, lets get this shit started then... I pop the truck quickly, and get my car jack in my hand with a firm grip.

My gf immediately rushes out to hold me back while these guys just keep barking (if they were gonna do something, they woulda, but not one of them stepped forward). Anyways, my gf kept pulling my back really hard as she saw I was serious about ending these guy's lives.

One guy kicked my car (rear quarter fender) and another guy even tried to get in my car and drive off (cuz my turbo timer was still on idle for another minute) and he eventually came out and hit my hood and windshield with his belt. From then on, I was so down to smashing them down to a pulp, drunk or not (I didn't give a fucK)... but they immediately ran into the car in front and drove off...

my gf flagged down one of the cop cars that was nearby and we reported them, they later found the motherfuckers down the street.

We ID'd them and of the 3 guys, 2 of them went to jail cuz the other guy didn't do shit.

My plan of action now is to get body shop quotes and write up a demand letter to the individuals and take as much money as I can within the least amount of time, but if they don't comply, then I'll take them to court which will be even worse on their part because they caused damage under the influence whilst under the legal drinking age (the cops said that they were 17-20).

There isn't enough words (or any) to describe how fuckin mad I am (just thinking about the night today already upsets me). If the night came out in my favor, I seriously woulda smashed their drunk asses to a pulp with the car jack in my hand, then tie their legs up to my tow hook and do some drifts.

I felt really bad for my gf, for she's never experienced this kinda stuff before, like she was really scared and was crying and didn't want to see me do anything to them, and well, basically she just has never been in this kinda situation before in her life. She was really shaken up...

Anyways, heres the aftermath...

the rear quarter panel that was kicked in... I managed to push back the majority of the dent, but its still very noticable. My walmart antenna was also yanked out.

in conclusion, if I were given the choice of taking the money for damages or killing them with my bare hands, without taking a second thought, I would start right away chopping out body parts from the guys that messed with my car. Intoxication is not an excuse for what happend ...

anyways, after I get my money from them... well... I'm considering it a free for all

So instead of driving away for a minute and avoiding a more than definite confrontation with three people you chose to park the car and further instigate the situation by attempting to look tough and fight them. That's pretty fucking stupid. Yes, it sucks that they damaged your car but what did you expect?

If someone points a gun at you, you don't run closer to it in hopes of being shot, you move out of the way. You would have had no damage and not being crying about it had you just drove off and let them walk off and find another person to haze. I don't feel sorry at all since you willfully put yourself in that position.

And did you honestly expect to be able to 'kill' three people just for throwing out a few drunken insults with no recourse?

well, I think the had intentions on attacking me, but since none of them pussy ass bitches wanted to step the plate, they went for my car, then ran off.

I'm not asking for anyones pity nor am I asking for sorrow... and by simply saying "you could have avoided the whole confrontation" could be easily argued. who is to say that could have stayed in front of my house longer than they were? And "A few drunken insults" is an understatement... they gathered around my car as I parked in my front yard... I was purely in self-defense mode, as anyone in their right mind would be at the moment.

you know, when I think about it, yeah, maybe it could have possibly been avoided, but I didn't know the extent of the situation until the situation happend.

I agree with this opinion. Instead of trying to be a tough guy you should have kept driving and gone to get some coffee to let the cops finishing sorting things out since they were all ready there. And getting the car jack from the trunk? What would you have done with that? Your gonna kill them for being drunk? You should have been smart enough to walk away.

although with my original post, it seems as if I wanted to pick fights, in all honesty, I picked it up in self defense, in hopes that nothing does happen. I didn't get into detail, but reason being I opened the trunk was to take my backpack out... I wrote my OP with an upset mindset.

It was a really long night, and really I just wanted to get to bed cuz I had to wake up 6am for work the next day...
