I was just about to change the rear rubber lines to some SPL ones but I don't see how to take the old line out of the bracket? I searched for awhile but nothing exact, can someone give me some insight on what to do? Thanks.

grab that clip and pull it straight out. You should then be able to disconnect the line and install the new one.

Thanks! I just figured it out! It was so dirty it looked like one piece and I didn't notice the clip that just needed to be pulled out.
