Compressor Housing O-Ring Question

Well I pulled off my compressor housing today after doing a leak down test on it (it was leaking) only to find this:

I do not know exactly what this seal/o-ring like thing is. This is a t28 turbo so maybe anyone else with a t28 can tell me what it is and where to get a new one?

call them on the phone, it should be about 7 bucks or so.

Turbo City in anahiem usually has what i needs when its odd ball stuff and its local drive etc, they ship too if you need it.
