Do you think doing something like this will help with non-projector headlamps? The pics suck and you cant tell much from them. But I was guessing since it has the reflector behind the bulbs, that the shield wouldn't accomplish much.

Nope. Mine came with them already on. Look at my pics in my vbgallery to see the glare. I went back to halogens.
