how do u know ur not getting power?
u are checking w/ a multimeter? or guessing? is the fuse good? (engine bay for s13, kick panel driverside for s14) 10amp fuse how do u know the pump is good? did you try w/ another one? |

you may have already checked - but did you check the fuel filter already?
you said that you got 12V for the prime. I haven't checked on my 240, but on my ford there was a sequence for the start(for the pump)... prime to start the pump and then a constant power or something like that.... i'm sure someone here knows more about that. maybe that is out of wack or something.
