hey I got infinity speakers in my car also &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/satisfied.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':satisfied:'>

As for the door panel, you remove the screw at the handle and the one where you power window and door locks are. &nbsp;Actually its under a cover in that ditch by those controls....did that make any sense? &nbsp;Ok, now remove all the screws at the bottom and some where close to the top edge of the door is one of &nbsp;those clips....I popped it out with a flat head. &nbsp; Now you have to pop out the ring or tirm around the door handles and the trimming that hold the power window and lock control....you have to disconnect them to get this part free. &nbsp; Now you have to pull with some force on both sides tell you heard a pop, once you do that begin to move the panel in a upward position....basically play around with it until you get it out.

It's not that hard and there might be some steps you can skip.

this what I got from the chilton manual

1 Open the door fully.
2 Remove the inside handle escutcheon.
3 Remove the pull handle.
4 If so equipped, remove the power window switch trim and switch assembly.
5 If applicable, disconnect the switch assembly wiring harness.

The door panel is held in place by several clips. Use a door panel clip removal tool to avoid damaging the clips, door panel or door.

6 Carefully pry the door panel from the door.
7 Lift the door panel straight up to release it from the lip at the top of the door.

To install:

8 Replace any damaged clips.
9 Position the door panel on the door frame and ensure that the panel fits over the lip at the top of the door.
10 Align the clips with the holes in the door and, using your fist, tap the door panel into place.
11 Connect the switch assembly wiring harness, if so equipped.
12 If applicable, install the power window switch trim and switch assembly.
13 Install the pull handle.
14 Install the inside handle escutcheon.

No need to take out the vents. &nbsp;Now which door handle piece are you talking about? &nbsp;There is a screw behind the handle that you must unscrew to out the piece. &nbsp;Just pop it off. &nbsp;

Now maybe you are talking about the trim on the door handle? &nbsp;Well you dont need to take that off.
