s14 Front markers not working..

yeah whats up guys?!? as you can read from the title my front markers arent working... when i bought the car i had my front passenger one missing already and since i couldn't find a replacment in time for the raining season i had to drive it the way it got it.. a couple of weeks go by and my brother found me one with the plug ins with it.. soo i try it out and it still doesnt light up.. i was also told that one side wont lite up without the other, is that true?!? so i was wondering since the male connector was wet during the rain and i think it is no longer good should i just change it or am i missing something else? ill take pictures and show you want i mean later
thanks for the feed back
or the other option is just roll with out them

I would check the bulb, then the wiring and then the relay. although I would bet that you just need a new bulb. Good luck!

Grab a multimeter and see if you get any voltage to the bulb.

Go slap whoever told you that. Parking lights are on a parallel circuit, doesn't matter how many others are out the good bulbs will stay lit.
