Ive heard on some FAQ page there are 4 wires one of which you can cut to remove your speed goverener on the S13's.  But my tranny is out of my car and i see no such thing.
Anyone ever taken off there Flywheel b4? that shit is on there tight!

no proven wires to cut ideas? to remove that limiter

From what I hear , its the 5th gear sensor. I couldn't tell you where exactly it is.

89 S13 is goverened to 5k rpms
