E-brake Bolt Scraping CV shaft!?

On my rear drivers side i had noticed a noise, i thought maybe it was my brake pads or even a wheel bearing. After inspecting i found the bolt that holds the ebrake spring in place is scraping my CV shaft... i donnu what to do. the only thing i have modified that can effect it is coilovers and ruca. Can i adjust somthing in my suspension to fix? i raised the car a little and it didnt help.
