I have a injen short ram installed and i was just curious if adding a cold air extension to it will make a difference in power. I heard that it does add more depending on how cold the air is and that the short ram intake takes in hot air rather than cold air.

what year car do you have cuz from what i understand it wont fit the 89-90 versions

I think it does help out.  I've noticed my car pulls real good, especially in the cooler air, as compared to when I didn't have it.  I know Injen didn't have the CAE for the S13's at first, but I think they may have something for them now.

yeah it does help check out my webpage for proof just click my link and then goto dyno charts there are two there on with a sri"which you have"the other with a cai I gainged like 3.8hp and 5.?ft/lbs of torque.

it seems it does help, 3.8hp increase and 5lb torque increase after cold air extension. Don't know if you can feel that much difference or not. -_-'||

I think Josh could've gotten a little bit more if it wasn't 90+ degrees outside that day.

Injen official website claims 95 240sx SE gets 144.9whp and 144.7lb of torque on 63.4F, consider the original 80%
181.125HP & 180.875lb torque are produced....
THAT IS A LOT!! but that's what they claim tho, don't believe u can get actually get that much....
