S14 window wiper problem

Hey, I just recently bought a 1995 240sx and I have a problem.

First off, the window wiper doesnt work at all, because a fuse was blown. So I put in a new fuse(20a) and when I turn the car on the wipers automatically start wiping like twice then it stops. Then I'm like WTF so I turn the car off and check the fuse, which blew. So I tried that over and over again with the same results, a blown fuse each time. So I popped the hood and checked the ground wires and found out one wasn't grounded (The one above the fuse box under the hood to the left side) so I grounded it and tried replacing the fuse again. So it works now, but doesnt stop wiping even after I turn it off. I'm not sure whats up, anybody else have this problem?

Where it is on every S14, beside the wiper motor, behind the ACSD pump.
