They look just like any other aftermarket arms. Battle version, jic, kazama,etc just in the cusco blue. Search.....

i did but the picture that comes out, the arms has a plate so i wanna know how does it look mounted on the car and how does it works cause it look a little weard

You could probably find at least 10 pictures of what you need on google.

Are you looking for tension rods or traction rods? You probably want the tension rod
the thing that looks like a giant lolly pop. Or maybe rear control arms or something like that.

I bought a set of those once, years ago. It's a HICAS eliminator, but it only fits the S14 since the tie rods are larger diameter, unless you buy OE S14 rod ends from Japan to go on the upright.
